Alongside the return of the ITF England National Championships, leaders, instructors, and adult members from across the country will gather at Bedford International Athletics Stadium for a pivotal Special Congress.
Whether you're stepping onto the mats to compete, supporting your club, or representing your affiliate in national governance, here is your complete guide to what’s happening, where to be, and how to get involved.

Saturday 7th November (Day 1):
Black Belt Competition: Pre-Junior, Junior, and Senior divisions going head-to-head.
National Team Selection: A crucial proving ground for competitors aiming for national squad selection under Head Coach Master Nicholson.
Special Congress (16:00 – 18:30): The official gathering for affiliate delegates, instructors, and adult members.
Sunday 8th November (Day 2):
Colour Belt Competition: Action-packed divisions ranging from White Belt beginners to Senior Kup grades.
Spotlight: The Special Congress
The Special Congress provides an essential platform for shaping the future direction of ITF England. It brings together Board members, affiliate leaders, and adult practitioners to discuss organizational strategy, vote on key motions, and review financial progress.
Key Topics & Resolutions on the Agenda
Board Governance Updates: Votes on incorporating ITF England as a Company Limited by Guarantee, updating Statutes & Ordinances regarding audit requirements, and sign-off on national accounts.
Affiliate Proposals: Discussion and voting on 10 formal motions submitted by GM Nardizzi on behalf of Taekwon-Do Impact.
Strategic Progress Reports: Executive updates regarding the new Affiliate Agreement, the upcoming Independent Governance Review, national event operations, and financial planning.
How to Participate & Voting Guidelines
While the Special Congress is an official governance meeting, all adult members (18+) are encouraged to attend and join the conversation.
Who Can Attend? All adult ITF England members (18+) are welcome to attend and speak during floor discussions.
Who Can Vote? Voting is reserved strictly for designated Affiliate Voting Delegates. Each affiliate must submit their official delegate to the Secretary General's office by Monday 26th October 2026.
Dress Code: Official ITF attire or formal business dress.
Attendance Format: In-person only at Bedford Stadium (no remote or proxy voting available).
Submitting Items for Any Other Business (AOB)
Got a question or topic you’d like brought to the floor? The Board is welcoming AOB submissions from members and affiliates ahead of the weekend.
AOB Deadline: Tuesday, 3rd November 2026
