ITF England Special Congress Announced: Sunday 6th September 2026

The Board of ITF England has requested that the Acting Secretary General convene a Special Congress meeting.
This meeting serves as an important opportunity for the Board to meet members in person and provide a full update on work undertaken over the past six months, including key steps to stabilize the organization, strengthen governance and financial controls, and place ITF England on a sustainable footing for the future.
Meeting Details & Location
Date: Sunday, 6th September 2026
Time: 14:30 BST (Immediately following the International Instructor Course - IIC)
Venue: Hall at Bedford Athletics Stadium, Barkers Lane, Bedford, MK41 9SB
Remote Observation: A video link will be made available for those unable to travel so they may observe the meeting and take part in discussions. Per ITF England Statutes and Ordinances, voting on resolutions will be conducted strictly in person by delegates attending at the venue.

Executive Updates: Reports delivered by the Acting President, Treasurer, and Acting Secretary General outlining structural progress and governance updates.
Financial Outlook: Presentation of the Treasurer's report for Congress approval, along with a proposed budget for the period ahead.
Open Q&A (AOB): Discussion addressing questions submitted by affiliates.

1. Submit Questions for Any Other Business (AOB)
Deadline: Wednesday, 19th August 2026 at 23:59 BST
Action: Affiliates wishing to ask questions regarding executive reports must email secretarygeneral@itfengland.com.
2. Register Delegates & Voting Members
Deadline: Friday, 28th August 2026 at 23:59 BST
Action: Each affiliate must notify the Secretary General's office of their attending delegates and designated voting member.
Note: Voting members must be physically present; remote voting is not permitted.
