The ITF World Cup 2026 wil be organized by Espana ITF Taekwon-Do under the supervision of Master Paco Ferrando.

IMPORTANT DATES:
JANUARY 2nd: Online registration opens
FEBRUARY 28th: Deadline to submit Appendix 2 (Preliminary hotel & transportation form)
MARCH 10th: Deadline to register as umpire. Registration via Sportdata.
MARCH 10th: Submit the Accommodation application form (Appendix 4) and pay 30% deposit of the total amount.
APRIL 5th: The ITF Umpire Committee confirms the list of selected Umpires.
APRIL 10th: Last day to request a VISA + send Visa Application form (Appendix 1)
APRIL 12th: Last day for Umpires to confirm their participation
AUGUST 10th: Final day to pay the Accommodation balance.
AUGUST 27th: Final day to pay the registration fees for competitors, teams, and coaches.
AUGUST 27th: Online registration closes
SEPTEMBER 19th: Online Coach meeting at 19:00 UTC
SEPTEMBER 26th (or before): Early arrivals of participants
SEPTEMBER 27th: Last day of arrivals
SEPTEMBER 28th: Verification & Weigh-in; Umpire, Coach, Press meeting, ITF Congress.
SEPTEMBER 29th - OCTOBER 3rd (both included): Competition days
OCTOBER 4th: Departure or stay for a holiday
