The International Taekwon-Do Federation has announced three official Do Courses for 2026, delivered online and focused on Taekwon-Do philosophy, moral culture, and the practical application of Do in daily life and training.
The International Do Course (IDC) is a core element of the ITF syllabus and is mandatory for all candidates grading to 4th Degree and above. The course is also open to all Taekwon-Do practitioners aged 13 years and over.

Open to Taekwon-Do practitioners aged 13 and over
Delivered as a two-day online course
An official ITF International Do Course Certificate is issued only to participants who complete both Day 1 and Day 2.
Course Structure:
Day 1
Open to students from 8th–3rd Kup (Yellow Belt to Blue Belt with Red Stripe)
Covers the Tenets of Taekwon-Do and their application in everyday life
Day 2
Open to 2nd Kup and above (Red Belt and above)
Focuses on practical Do exercises and teaching methodology
Explores how to integrate Do training into regular classes

Registration process
Affiliates must complete the IDC-RF Registration Form
Completed forms must be submitted directly to the ITF England Secretary General at: secretarygeneral@itfengland.com
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of the registration and must be paid in full by the stated deadline
