The Czech National Taekwon-Do ITF Union and Taekwon-Do SKUP Olomouc Academy are hosting an Exclusive International Sparring Seminar led by Master Johann De Silva (VII Dan), England.
This seminar will focus on modern sparring methodology and practical sports application, offering valuable development for competitors and instructors looking to enhance performance.
What You Will Learn
Training blocks will focus on the latest teaching methods and competitive sparring practice, including:
Effective sparring combinations
Working with distance and timing in pairs
Fighting tactics and strategic decision-making
Practical drills designed to maximise performance
WHO IS THE SEMINAR FOR?
For all children and adults aged 9 and above with a technical level of 9th kup and higher who want to move up to the next level.
