ITF England is pleased to share the official invitation for the AETA Open English Championships 2026. Taking place over two action-packed days this October, the championships will be hosted at the fantastic venue, The Dolphin in Haywards Heath. Whether you are a first-time competitor or a seasoned Black Belt, this is an event you won't want to miss!
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, 17th October (Child/Cadet/Pre-Jnr Colour Belts) and Sunday, 18th October (Pre-Jnr Black Belts/Jnr/Adult/Snr Colour Belts/Black Belts)
Registration Deadline: Friday, 9th October Midnight

Key Highlights & Features:
Comprehensive Events: Patterns, Sparring, Power Test, and Special Technique.
Fair Play Systems: Repechage (re-qualification) system for all Colour Belts.
Elite Competition: Black Belt leagues for Pre-Juniors, Juniors, and Adults.
Full Range Testing: 5x Special Techniques for Pre-Jnr/Jnr/Adult Black Belts and 5x Power Test Techniques for Jnr/Adult Black Belts.
Umpire Care: Great lunches provided for all working umpires, plus monetary compensation paid to qualified umpires officiating on Sunday.
Memories to Take Home: Named participation certificates for every single competitor.
